Please review your selected package, deliverables and billing frequency before paying. If you are unsure which service fits your needs, contact our team first.
Our general policy: service purchases are final and fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided in the written terms agreed for your purchase.
This policy applies to professional services purchased directly from AARSWEBS Solutions Co. LLC, including advertising management, account reviews, suspension and disapproval support, Merchant Center and Business Profile services, website work and related consultancy.
These are services rather than physical products, so there is no physical item to return. Any specific refund or cancellation terms agreed in writing for your purchase should be read alongside this policy.
Your fee pays for the professional work included in your package, such as analysis, audits, correction guidance, agreed implementation, account management or appeal preparation. The exact scope is stated in your selected package or proposal.
We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. A change of mind or an outcome that does not meet your expectations does not, by itself, create a refund entitlement. This does not limit your rights if the agreed service is not supplied or is defective under applicable law.
If you need to stop a one-time project, contact us promptly so we can confirm its status and explain the position under your agreed terms.
If Google does not restore the original account after the agreed compliance work and appeal process, we may carry out an additional eligibility review after the website corrections are complete, relevant Google Search Console updates have been processed, and Google has re-crawled and re-indexed the latest version of the website.
Where appropriate, we may test the corrected ads and destination through an AARSWEBS-managed account to confirm whether the ads are eligible to serve. If the ads are eligible and the business passes our onboarding and policy checks, we may offer an eligible client a Google Ads account connected through our Google Partner MCC, with full administrative access and control for the client together with custom setup and operating instructions.
This option is not automatic or guaranteed. It is not available where policy issues remain unresolved or where opening or using another account would conflict with Google Ads policies. Google retains final authority over ad eligibility, account approvals, suspensions and future enforcement.
If Google does not restore the original Merchant Center account after the agreed compliance and review work, we may carry out an additional eligibility review after the store, policy, product-data and technical corrections are complete, relevant Search Console updates have been processed, and Google has re-crawled and re-indexed the latest version of the website.
Where appropriate and permitted by Google’s policies, we may test the corrected store, feed and Shopping eligibility through an AARSWEBS-managed Merchant Center environment. If the business and products are eligible and pass our onboarding and policy checks, we may assist with a compliant Merchant Center setup or agency-managed Merchant Center account structure, with full administrative access for the client and custom setup instructions.
This option is not automatic or guaranteed and is not a way to bypass an unresolved suspension. A replacement or newly created Merchant Center account will only be considered where Google’s policies allow it. Google retains final authority over Merchant Center approvals, product eligibility, suspensions and future enforcement.
Recurring management fees cover the service described for each billing period. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund for an existing payment are separate requests.
To request cancellation, email sales@aarswebs.com or message us on WhatsApp using the details below. Include your billing email, service name and a request to stop future renewals. Contact us before the next renewal so the request can be processed.
Any notice period, minimum commitment and cancellation effective date depend on the terms agreed for your plan. Where your package states that there is no minimum commitment, that remains the case. Our team will confirm the cancellation status and effective date in writing.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made. Refund eligibility remains subject to your agreed terms and applicable law.
AARSWEBS service fees are separate from advertising spend, hosting, domains, paid applications and other third-party costs unless your package expressly includes them.
For payments made directly to Google, Meta or another provider, refund requests must be handled under that provider’s terms. We cannot issue refunds for payments collected directly by another company.
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or have not received an agreed deliverable, contact us with your payment reference and a description of the issue. We will review the payment and project records and explain the appropriate next steps.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, we will confirm the amount and processing details. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, that requirement takes precedence over this policy.
